Virtual Assistant
WHAT WILL YOU DO:- •Manage client’s daily schedule.
- •Work closely with Senior Management.
- •Use the internet, surveys, documents, and other research to help the person they
are assisting collect information.
- •Manage and respond to project-related email.
- •Attend project meetings.
- •Summarize project results.
- •Prepare other articles, reports, and presentations.
- •Any other tasks the business or clients request.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR:- •Must have at least 1 year Virtual Assistant experience.
- •Must be computer savvy
- •Excellent communication skills and the ability to give clear instructions.
- •Good numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- •Commercial awareness for work with corporate clients.
- •Must be willing to work night shifts.
Customer Service Representative
WHAT WILL YOU DO:- •Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- •Communicate with customers through various channels.
- •Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints.
- •Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR:- •Must have at least 1 years experience in a call center as an Inbound Customer
Service Representative.
- •Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- •Must be willing to work night shifts, weekends and holidays.
- •Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision.
